The Basilica “Our Lady of Peace”
I may start believing in signs, because I have been living in Cote d’Ivoire and now in Italy, both locations are host of the most imposant Basilica in world.
The Basilica of Our Lady of Peace (Basilique Notre-Dame de la Paix) in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire, is a Catholic basilica and the largest church in the world by area. It was built between 1985 and 1989, and was designed by Italian architect Roberto Giurgola and Ivorian engineer Paul Oti. The basilica is an impressive architectural feat, with a massive dome that towers over the surrounding area. It is made of marble and has a seating capacity of 18,000 people.

Our Lady of Peace was offered by former president Félix Houphouët-Boigny to the Catholic Church on September 10th 1990, under Pope John Paul II.
